Buffalo Community Middle
School Music Department
Each year around 1,000 of the students at Buffalo Community Middle School study music. Each grade, 6-8, has a band, choir, and orchestra. Grades 6 and 7 also have a non-performance based, music exploratory class called Music Discovery. Outside of the school day, there are a variety of ensembles: Chamber Orchestra, 2 chamber choirs, jazz ensemble, and Bison Band that rehearse and perform throughout the year.
